At Ellermann Haustechnik, Michèle Ellermann is responsible for business management and all other tasks that arise in the controlling system. Her team consists of ten employees and takes care of orders in the areas of plumbing, bathrooms and heating technology. There is a lot of paperwork in her work - too much and, above all, too confusing.
Therefore, a suitable software had to be found, explains the plant manager. Many programs, especially those with calendar functions, were too complicated and confusing for her. The Meisterwerk app has simplified this, according to Ellermann:
Completely paperless on the construction site
In addition to digital deployment planning, work on the construction site is also done digitally: "The forms are filled out and signed directly on the construction site - completely paperless. Some do it on their smartphone, some on their tablet, depending on what's with them and available at the time."
A major advantage here is that the documents are uploaded directly under the respective job. The office then also accesses them in real time. In addition, time recording and documentation run via the Meisterwerk app.
Transparency for the whole team
"In our company, the use of the app is still somewhat different than in other companies. In our company, everyone is an administrator: the office, the fitters, even customer service," explains Michèle Ellermann. This has the advantage that every employee can really see the full structure: every change, every comment. Everyone has full access, knows about everything, and can thus play a full part, says the managing director.
Save paperwork thanks to app
Michèle Ellermann sees the whole thing according to the motto: You still have enough paperwork, why not try to save all the paper you can do without?
