Until Silvio Mirabile discovered the Meisterwerk app a few months ago, he and his team coordinated the operations of their 21-person workforce in an Excel list. "After the weekend, the staff often didn't know what needed to be repacked or what equipment needed to be loaded. It couldn't go on like that.
