Verifiability in the craft sector: important for quality and transparency

Traceability is an important term in the skilled trades that describes the possibility of checking and documenting the quality of work results and processes. In practice, this means that craft enterprises must ensure that their work is traceable and transparent in Job to enable customers, clients and other interested parties to assess the quality of the work. Verifiability can be achieved through various measures, such as careful documentation of work processes and results, certifications or the use of quality management systems. Good verifiability is not only important for customer and client satisfaction, but also for the reputation and image of the craft business.
