Simple and intuitive vacation management: create plans and get started

With the Meisterwerk app, you can assign the appropriate leave quota to each employee. To do this, you create leave plans in the app. You select the number of vacation days and how long the remaining vacation is to be carried over to the following year. You then assign these plans to your employees individually or in groups. This makes vacation planning for your employees quick and intuitive.

Entitlements, carryovers and the number of days of absence can be calculated automatically

When you enter vacations or other days off in the planning, the app automatically takes them into account. Even when vacation is carried over to the next year! This prevents calculation errors and gives you the certainty of communicating correct figures to your employees. This saves you having to use additional vacation planning software or a manually created Excel spreadsheet.

Simple absence planning: you always have an overview

In the employee overview, you can see how many vacation days each person has taken, how many are left, the number of sick days and other absences such as parental leave or special leave. Click on "New" to enter new absences. This allows you to bundle the vacation planning and absence management of your trade business in one tool.
